They have so many zombie shirts right now at Threadless, I couldn’t stop myself from picking favorites. Here is my selection of zombie shirts that scream, “I love zombies and fashion!” — as they’re torn apart by the horde.
THIS Is How The World Ends:

Braaains!

The Horde:

So, buy ‘em for yourself and your friends! And, if they’re gone, ask for reprints so I can buy them as Easter gifts.

Two new zombie shirts came clawing at my door today — I figured I’d share them with you before they’re ripped to shreds.
Official Plants vs. Zombies t-shirts are out! One regular, one in moustache-mode.
And the most fun zombie shirt ever is now available, but only if you pre-order Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles at GameStop. Small price to pay for this awesomeness, though:

Any zombie can dance to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller,” right? Some of us non-corpses, though, never quite got through the first three steps without wishing we were dead. But thanks to this fantastic t-shirt, which Threadless reprinted in MJ’s memory, we might just have a chance after all.

Illustrated zombies depict the dance broken down in 12 “frames” in this stylish and user-friendly t-shirt. What more could you want in casual zombie apparel?

We spotted some beautiful zombie tattoos on Flickr today, which turned out to be the work of Stefano Alcantara, a US-based Peruvian artist who does amazing fantasy and photorealistic tattoo work.

These photos were probably posted to promote Alcantara’s recent guest appearance at the Last Rites Tattoo Theater in New York City, which looks like a dark fantasy mecca.
Check out Alcantara’s website for more of his work, and the Last Rites Flickr photostream for more stunning tattoo art.

Rick Murray, AKA Zombie Boy, is transforming his body into the living dead. He looks pretty badass.

Murray was inspired by horror movies, especially George A Romero’s films. In an interview with Bizarre magazine, he explains his motivation. “I thought long and hard about what I really wanted, what my passion was. And I decided I wanted to be a fucking zombie.”
He’s really lucid about his ongoing tattoo project — which may eventually include tattooing the whites of his eyes and removing an ear — and overall, sounds like a pretty cool guy. Check out the article in Bizarre for the full interview and lots more photos.
Oddly enough, I found Zombie Boy online while researching train trips to St. Augustine. Zombies are everywhere. (But if you know a good way to get to St. Augustine by train, let me know.)

Besides Zombie Horse, here’s another reason why Denver is a hotspot for the living dead: next weekend’s Sexy Zombie Fashion Show.
Models will walk the runway in torn, blood-splattered apparel, zombie art will be displayed and created, and live bands will rock your brains out. Sounds like a blast!
If you’re in Denver (and sadly, I’m not!) you can respond to the casting call and check out the March 7th show at the Fashion Zombies website.

Jeph Jacques, webcomic artist and creator of Questionable Content, just released this zombie-themed motivational poster via Twitter. Jacques says it will be “coming out very soon,” we’re guessing as a t-shirt.
And this after we just posted about the overlord of dark motivational posters, Despair.com, earlier today. Maybe we’re onto something here…
Update (3/13/2009): You can now buy this shirt on Topatoco!
