Dead Set, a “reality” TV show where zombies invade the set of Big Brother, debuted in the UK last October and was rebroadcast this January. There’s still no word on when this (or any UK zombie show) will hit primetime in the US, but the show has been licensed by four international TV stations in Sweden, Spain, Africa, and Australia.

Last year’s innovative TV series (BBC3/ITV), Moving Wallpaper, where fictional TV industry characters produced the soap opera, Echo Beach — which then showed in “real life” following each episode of Moving Wallpaper — is up for a second season. The fictional studio’s soap opera has been canceled, and the dejected studio has their newest assignment: Zombie Movie.
The second zombie-infested season premieres Friday, February 27 on British television. In the US, we love to copy British TV hits like The Office and Wife Swap. So will America get its own primetime zombie show soon? *hope hope!*
